Iniziativa Sviluppo Group spa has started its activities' in 1995 as a real estate consultant mainly oriented to the development of activities of Companies of modern distribution.


From 1995 to 1998 was a consultant of the Standa Management Group. After the sale of Standa has assisted the High Management of Coin, along with Bain & Cuneo Associates for the identification and disposal of marginal activities of the Group.
In the same period has witnessed Coop acquisition of Fiat subsidiary of Milan , Sempione main street and in the design of its transformation into Shopping Center.
Also in the same period has planned modification of the design of commercial-directional center of Lecco, while encouraging the presence of hypermarket brand Iperal.
From 1998 to 2003 was a consultant and the Bureau of the Directorate of Carrefour.


From 2002 to 2005 has witnessed the Presidency and the High Management of Ikea in the development of an important building project in southern Italy.
In the same period was a consultant for the definition of restructuring plan for a Group company involved in construction, real estate and hotel and consultant BNL Real Estate Funds in acquiring assets for the Fund International Business Hotels.


Since 2001 ISG has started to invest directly in the purchase of land and buildings aimed at developing business parks, factory outlets and hotels.


Among the investments already completed include the purchase of the historic Palace Hotel in Bari, who has stressed the national Press.
Finally ISG has also initiated a partnership with a Real Estate Fund-oriented development of Shopping Malls in Lombardia managed by the Royal SGR value.
Important own projects are in their developing or completion in Milan and Lombardia (business hotel and shopping center), Veneto (factory outlets), Puglia (retail park) and Sicily (shopping center).


Is Company's intention to replicate the experience in developing a residential project carried out successfully in Milan area. It will then enlarged the sphere of social activity with the acquisition of land and buildings for development of residential projects and RSA (residences for the elderly care).
